UNRUSH does not guarantee the availability of any travel service or the suitability of any agency for your specific needs. Final terms, pricing, and booking conditions are agreed directly between you and the chosen agency.

5. Certification Standards

UNRUSH certifies travel agencies based on our proprietary standards covering ethics, sustainability, cultural immersion, and quality of service. Certification does not constitute a warranty or guarantee of any specific travel outcome.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including the UNRUSH Charter, certification criteria, editorial content, and visual identity, is the intellectual property of UNRUSH SAS. No part may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. UNRUSH is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
